RECIPE: Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pomegranate

Guys, there are only 16 days until Christmas. SIXTEEN. One-six. Can someone please explain to me how this has happened? Good grief. Anyway, I’m here with a new Christmassy recipe, hoorah!

If you’re not a fan of sprouts (hey, they’re not for everyone), I’m about to change that. Are you ready? Good. These Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pomegranate are amazing. The sweetness of the pomegranate and the tang of the lime really take them up a notch, and they don’t taste as ‘sprouty’ (for want of a better word). I’m going to test them on my brother when I go home for Christmas. He doesn’t eat anything green, so it’ll be an interesting test..!

The recipe is really easy, it requires only 6 ingredients, and the best part is it looks fancy schmancy, but it’s really not. If you’re thinking of making sprouts as a side for your Christmas dinner (and to be frank, why ever would you not?!), give these babies a go, they’ll be great.
