I am verging on obsessed with energy balls at the moment. They’re full of amazing things, they’re really easy to make, and you can just pop them in the fridge and grab one (or two) when you’re feeling peckish. The dates and oats make them a great source of energy, and chia seeds are packed with protein, which means they’re a great pre and post workout snack. Afternoon slump? These babies will take care of that.
